Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tech Implementations Associate to join our dynamic team in Indonesia.
As a Tech Implementations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with field technicians and clients to ensure smooth and efficient processes, optimize productivity, and contribute to the company’s overall success. The ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Depending on skillset, this individual will assist with various operations and project management tasks including, but not limited to:

Assist in managing and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Lead project implementation including equipment installation, training, and data collection at the client’s location.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, including inventory management, procurement, and client relationships.

Coordinate and oversee logistics for various projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and challenges, escalating them as necessary to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications

Recent graduate (graduated within the past 1-2 years) of any science, engineering, and/or other related degree programs

Field experience is a plus

Passion for climate and sustainability

Willingness to travel 20% of the time

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently

Monthly salary up to USD 200-350 depending on experience
