Our Technology
Carbonizer Model Y 2.4 is an autothermal continuous-type screw reactor developed to produce high-quality biochar with minimal energy use and labor.

What's New in Y2.4?
2x Durability
SS310 upgrades for high-temp zones: extend parts life and halves maintenance cost.
Better Fuel Efficiency
Upgraded burner and piping design for efficient fuel and syngas combustion.
+20%
Capacity
Redesigned hopper extender & sliding gate boosts feed consistency.
Redesigned burner and piping system and auto fan control improve heat and pressure control.
Better Temp & Pressure Control
Lower PAH
Improved gas management prevents PAH (polycyclic aromatic carbon) condensation.
WasteX digital MRV (Android app)

Our clients are equipped with an Android app to digitally measure, report, and verify (dMRV) biochar production and application using WasteX's carbonizer for the purpose of carbon credits.
Features:
-
Biochar producer registration and full process recording for the purpose of carbon credits
-
Carbon impact and credits recording and calculation
-
Self-service materials
Feedstock Processed by WasteX Biochar Machine
WasteX biochar machine can convert readily available organic materials such as agricultural waste and forestry residues into biochar. Examples include wood chips, rice husk, corn cobs, used poultry bedding, and many more.
