Role

We are looking for a Machinist to work alongside the Shop Supervisor in the fabrication, testing, and installation of various pyrolysis systems, material handling systems, agricultural equipment, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions

  • Measuring, cutting, machining and assembling of components safely and efficiently

  • Operation of various fabrication equipment such as Milling Machine, Lathe Machine, Drill Press, CNC plasma cutter, Sheet Metal Rolling Machine, etc.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise

  • Troubleshoot issues with the fabrication equipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and follow safety protocols at all times

  • Other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor/manager

Qualifications

  • At least 1 to 3 years working experience as a machinist

  • Knowledgeable in various machining techniques

  • Can read and interpret basic technical drawings

  • Certification in machining is preferred but not required

  • Working experience in fabrication of machines that involves high temperatures such as kilns, ovens, etc. is preferred but not required

  • Ability to follow instructions

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Physical strength and endurance

  • Must have a good and trustworthy character

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Offer

  • Monthly salary up to PHP 15,000 to 20,000, depending on experience
