Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with operations and implementations associates, field technicians, manufacturing team, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient processes, optimize productivity, and contribute to the company’s overall success. The ideal candidate has excellent technical skills, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Depending on skillset, this individual will lead various operations and project management activities including, but not limited to:

  • Managing carbon project implementations including equipment installation, training, and data collection.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to increase efficiency.

  • Coordinating and overseeing logistics for various projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of various operations activities including inventory management, procurement, and client management.

  • Managing and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

  • A graduate of any undergraduate degree program in engineering

  • At least three (3) years of work experience in managing multiple projects

  • Field experience is a plus

  • Project management qualification is a plus

  • Passion for climate and sustainability

  • Willingness to travel 20% of the time

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently

  • Monthly salary up to USD 500-800 depending on experience
