Role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to support the sales efforts of our agricultural equipment to livestock and crop farms, and other agricultural producers in the Philippines.

Most of our target clients are in the CALABARZON region, particularly Laguna and Cavite. Thus, we are looking for a candidate that comes from this area and is willing to spend some of their time with clients in this region.
Responsibilities
Support the management and sales team in the sales efforts to farms and agricultural producers, among others:

Identify and approach potential clients - both in your area as well as remotely (using online tools like Google, LinkedIn, outbound emails etc.)

Understand their needs, pitch our product, engage in the negotiations, and close the sales

Oversee successful equipment delivery, and subsequent account management and client satisfaction

Engage in product improvement and development based on the client’s feedback
Qualifications

Recent graduate (graduated within the past 1-2 years) of any business and other related degree programs

Agricultural sales experience, especially in agricultural equipment would be highly advantageous

Great people, communications, and relationship-building skills

Great research and digital skills
-
Willingness to travel around the CALABARZON region as needed

Fluency in English and Filipino

Monthly compensation of USD 200-350 depending on the experience
